Program Description
AlfaXAI provides automated SMS text messaging alerts, appointment reminders, lead qualification updates, and customer support notifications to opted-in subscribers and customers.
Cancellation & Opt-Out (Text STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our shortcode or longcode number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text START.

Wireless Carrier Disclaimer

  • Meta & Instagram Automations: Instant DM auto-responses via approved Meta APIs.

03 User Responsibilities & Opt-In Consent

Subscribers and users of AlfaXAI services agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete phone numbers and personal contact information when opting in.
  • Not submit fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized phone numbers belonging to third parties without consent.
  • Acknowledge that opting into our text messaging programs grants explicit permission for AlfaXAI to send operational and conversational SMS messages to the designated wireless phone number.

04 Telecommunications & Carrier Disclaimers

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile network operator. AlfaXAI and major mobile wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional carriers) are not responsible or liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered SMS messages.

Mobile Data Costs: You acknowledge that standard text messaging rates, roaming charges, and data fees assessed by your mobile provider remain your sole responsibility.

05 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, source code, designs, graphics, AI model configurations, visual interfaces, logos, and documentation on this site are the intellectual property of AlfaXAI Technologies and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our website or proprietary AI systems without prior written consent.

06 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AlfaXAI, its directors, officers, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our services, website, or SMS text messaging programs.

Our total cumulative liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AlfaXAI in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
